Would you recommend drinking this before or after a workout? I’m thinking after, since that’s when I have my most important protein-packed meal that includes more carbs than I would usually eat.
I would try before. When I am feeling better before a workout I want different food after it. I recommend a “maca up” shake by “paradise” to start your day and a “warrior blend” shake by “sunwarrior” after your workout 🙂 These two products, as you will all see, are going to boost your energy levels. Combine these with Qi Gong exercise and much water and you will experience something that I will save you the plleasure of living yourself. namaste
Once or twice daily? More than that?
In his video on this recipe he mentions that the drink lowers blood sugar about 6%, and in his type on the page of this recipe he says it lowers blood pressure about 6%. Which is it?
Stevia has been known to lower blood sugar and blood pressure. So more than likely than since it is in this, it would be both.
I would lile to know of this lowers blood pressure if it does than I want my mother to be drinking it but its important to know what it does and does not do.
Can you make it by the gallon and store it? How long will i keep refrigerated? My husband and I both will use it before each meal 3x per day and I would rather mix this up and throw out the Koolaid packets!
It mentions stevia in the recipe . what if u can’t do stevia or any other sugar substitution but splenda or the generic version of it? What can u use instead.
thanks
Xylitol is from the birch tree and is a natural sweetener…. be sure you purchase it from a trustworthy health food store though.
i’m surprised any health professional would advocate artificial sweeteners~i hear they are cancer causing…..
Stevia is not an artificial sweetener. It is derived from the stevia plant.
Stevia is natural, it is not artificial
Stevia is not an artificial sweetener…it comes from a stevia plant that is naturally sweet.
