  1. Thanks for linking to my oatmeal smoothies! One of the things I like the most about them is that they can be made ahead and frozen. I make several at once and put them in the freezer. I move one from the freezer to the fridge the day before, so it’s thawed the next day and ready for a healthy grab-and-go breakfast or snack.
