Just something to add to your list: Fine calcium. Take a quart jar. Add natural free range WHOLE eggs to the top (but you can still screw on the lid). Now add lemon juice to fill it up. For 24 hours keep in the fridge and gently turn upside down once in a while. When the 24 hours is up, take out the eggs CAREFULLY (the lemon juice will have dissolved a major part of the egg shell). When all is said and done you have about 3/4 cup of what we call Lemon Egg. Put back in the fridge. Use about 2 tablespoons a day in water or tea. It is considered a “fine” calcium so easily absorbed. The lemon juice gives it vit C that helps your body absorb it. You do NOT taste the egg.
I have made Zain’s recovery water and it is AWESOME! I bring a mason jar of it with me to the gym instead of regular plain water.
