Might I advice to use as little of this as you can over a single period of time.
While valarian is fairly safe, (but gawd does it smell horrid) after a while (several weeks straight) it can do the opposite of what its intended & known for, at least it does with me.

If consuming alcohol is something you are ok with.. you’ll have a higher quality product if you use a high quality high proof consumable alcohol (like vodka or everclear) instead of the water & glycerin.
I want to make this for my personal consumption try it for myself then spread the information if its really proven effective, but the problem right now lm staying in Saudi Arabia l have no access where to find the ingredients? This is a restricted place, anyway thank you but l must try to do this when l get back in USA soon…..
